He specializes in project management, strategic and tactical risk management, technology optimization and cost reduction, and risk-based decision support. Steve has provided information security and technology consulting services to the Federal government, several state governments, portions of the nation’s critical infrastructure, and Fortune 100 clients around the world, including the University of Georgia, Mack Trucks, and Choicepoint. Chief Operating Officer

Chip Schuneman serves as the Chief Operating Officer of ICS, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery, business development, product marketing, partnerships, human resources, and operations of the company. Chip brings a solid background in global leadership in both the public and private sector. His multinational reach extends from working with boards of directors in Israel to presiding over operations in the USA, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Chip brings nearly 20 years of experience leading businesses with annual revenues ranging from $5M – $80M+ in all areas of executive management, including strategic leadership, business development, operations, sales, and marketing. Chief Financial Officer

Tyler Hedges has been in the financial services field since February of 2001. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in June of 1998, Tyler took a full-time position with Philip Morris, U.S.A. as a territory sales manager. Tyler gained valuable experience while working for Philip Morris, U.S.A., receiving insight into the operations of businesses ranging in size from small convenience stores to large national chains. Soon thereafter, Tyler began his career in finance. He began working on his Masters of Business Administration at Auburn University Montgomery, and accepted a position as a credit analyst with Regions Bank. Thomas Brazil

Chief Digital Officer

Thomas Brazil joined ICS in 2016 as Chief Digital Officer, bringing a broad background in IT and business operations excellence, along with a deep understanding of the disruptive, fast-paced evolutions occurring in the era of digital business. Prior to joining ICS, Brazil served in a variety of roles at Axway, including Corporate Fellow and Chief Architect. Responsible for overseeing Axway’s “Analytics for Industries” initiative, Brazil applied his functional, analytical and marketing skills in industries such as financial services and healthcare to drive corporate action plans for the creation and implementation of high-value actionable visibility analytics oriented toward key business operations. Read more.
