Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) announced today that it has joined Alabama Primary Health Care Association (APHCA) strategic partners program with the intent to support third-party HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) Meaningful Use compliance audits for APHCA members across the great state of Alabama.

The Alabama Primary Health Care Association’s membership includes 16 community health centers in Alabama and together operates 130 practice sites; primary care, mental, rural and HIV/AIDs health care providers; primary care networks, hospitals and educations institutions.
