Health Benefits
A medical PPO Plan is offered to full-time employees and ICS subsidizes a significant percentage of all premium contributions. Employees are eligible for coverage the first of the month following their date of hire. Prescription drugs are available at a significant savings. Dental and vision coverage are also available.
Premiums Only Flex Plan
Available to full-time employees who work a scheduled 40 hours per week. This benefit gives an employee the opportunity for pre-tax premiums for medical, dental, vision and other voluntary benefits. The effective date of this benefit is the first of the month following an employee’s date of hire.
Basic Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment
This provided benefit is available to all full-time employees who work a scheduled 40 hours per week, at no cost to the employee.
Term Life Insurance
This voluntary benefit plan is offered to full-time employees who work a scheduled 40 hours per week. Coverage amounts over the guaranteed issue amount may require a health application and evidence of insurability.
Long-Term Disability Coverage
An employee is eligible to receive long-term benefits after completing the benefit elimination period of ninety (90) days. This is a company provided benefit.
Short-Term Disability Coverage
This voluntary benefit plan is offered to full-time employees who work a scheduled 40 hours per week. An employee is eligible to receive short-term benefits after completing the benefit elimination period of fifteen (15) days from date of injury or illness.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Plan is available to employees who will exceed working 1,000 hours or more in a calendar year. Employees are eligible to salary defer the first of the month following their date of hire. An employee is eligible to receive the company’s match of 50% up to 6% of the employee’s salary deferral, the first of the following quarter in which the employee completes twelve months of continuous service and worked at least 1,000 hours within that twelve month period.
Paid Sick & Vacation Leave
A full-time employee accrues vacation hours per pay period based on years of service. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue sick leave at a rate of 10 days per year beginning their first day of employment.
