Flexible Spending Account allows you to apply pre-tax dollars for certain medical expenses like co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, dental and vision expenses, and certain over-the-counter medications.
Dependent Care FSA is for childcare (daycare) up to age 13 or eldercare expenses. This is a separate allocated pre-tax deferral amount different from the FSA medical allocation.
Transit FSA allows the use of pre-tax funds for work-related transit, parking expenses, and public transportation used for your transit to work.
Holiday Time: Happy Birthday! ICS grants you 8 hours for you to enjoy your birthday off with pay. Or float the hours to use later in the calendar year. You will also receive 88 hours of holiday pay for the 11 standard paid federal holidays and your birthday for a total of 96 holiday hours annually.
Vacation and sick time. You start earning both sick and vacation time as soon as the first paycheck. ICS allows up to 240 hours of sick leave to accrue

Training: ICS encourages employees to continue their education especially in job-related training and seminars to acquire or maintain certifications, undergraduate and graduate programs. We offer access to training tools and tuition reimbursement to team members for approved job-related training and education.
