How do we include our team from all different locations?

We connect with our team through on and off-site streaming meetings, leadership meetings, and an employee portal. The corporate team in Montgomery is available when you need them.

At ICS team members are part of a stable growing company with the opportunity to observe where their contributions make a positive impact on the customers and the organization. We offer a competitive benefits package to our full-time employees and their families. ICS takes care of some of the financial commitments related to benefits for you and ICS pays for basic employee life and AD&D and Long-Term Disability. We offer health, vision, dental and Flexible Spending Account plans along with other supplemental benefits. As part of our work life balance, we offer vacation, sick, and holiday pay to spend time with your family, friends, or just to relax. We even give you a holiday to use for your birthday and celebrate you!


ICS offers a competitive portfolio of employee benefits to its full-time team members, including:

Traditional and Roth 401k plan options are available for employees to participate immediately upon hire. An employee is eligible to receive the company’s match of 50% up to 6% of the employee’s salary deferral, on the one-year anniversary of their date of hire in which service requirements are met and at least 1,000 hours are worked within that twelve-month period.

Short Term Disability is a voluntary benefit that an employee can elect for when you need to miss work for your own medical needs. Short term disability insurance pays you a percentage of your pay while you are unable to work for a short period (90 days) due to illness or injury.

Long Term Disability is a benefit that ICS will provide at no charge to you. Long Term Disability is an insurance policy that protects an employee from loss of income in the event of illness or injury for a long period of time. You will receive a percentage of your income, after a 90-day waiting period, until you are able to return to work or reach normal social security retirement age.

Flexible Spending Account through Alliance to allow you to apply pre-tax dollars of up to $2,700 and a rollover amount of $500. Examples of the allowable FSA expenses are co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, dental and vision expenses, and certain over the counter medications.

Dependent Care FSA is for childcare (daycare) up to age 13 or elder care expenses. This is a separate allocated pre-tax deferral amount and different than the FSA medical allocation.


Health Insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama PPO plan with deductibles, co-pays, and an Rx plan. In addition, there is a secondary coverage through MedPlus to offset the cost of deductibles.

Dental Insurance is through Guardian and there are two options available. One plan is basic and covers most basic care and another option that covers more extensive dental care and orthodontia.  As part of the dental plan benefits and as a thank you from Guardian for being a valued customer, Guardian offers a College Tuition Benefits Rewards program. There is no additional expense to you to participate.

Vision Plan is through Guardian. This plan covers an exam every 12 months with a $20 co-pay, no charge for certain lenses, and discount on frames in the network.

Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is through the Guardian. This allows you to purchase additional lie insurance coverage for you with a  guaranteed issue of $130,000. You can also purchase for your family.

Additional Voluntary Insurance such as cancer coverage and accident coverage through Guardian.


Holiday Pay is a total of 88 hours annually. Included in that amount is a birthday holiday. ICS grants you 8 hours for you to enjoy your birthday off with pay. However, it’s a floating holiday that you can choose to use at any time.

Vacation and sick time. You start earning both sick and vacation time as soon as the first paycheck. ICS allows up to 240 hours of sick leave to accrue.


Training: ICS encourages employees to continue their education especially in job-related training and seminars to acquire or maintain certifications, undergraduate and graduate programs. We offer access to training tools and tuition reimbursement to team members for approved job-related training and education.

Employee Referral Bonus: ICS believes that our employees make the best recruiters. Our team knows what it takes and who would be a good fit culturally and operationally.  To reward that effort, we have a referral bonus program to employees that refer qualified applicants after they are hired.
