Montgomery, AL– Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) announced today that it has named four distinguished business executives to its newly-formed Board of Advisors. Cathy McGrane, Brad Knox, Neil Albert and John G. Veres, III have all agreed to serve on the ICS, Inc. inaugural board. The new members hail from various industries including FedGovCon consulting, information technology, insurance, healthcare, and academia.
These executives bring decades of experience in M & A, finance, government procurement, government contracting, human capital management and business growth strategies to provide insight and guidance to ICS management and the development and execution of an aggressive long-range strategic plan.

The four executives all carry impressive resumes:
Cathy McGrane, Managing Partner of Scout Concepts LLC, has over 30 years of experience providing sales and business development leadership in federal government and commercial health care information technology. She enjoys bringing innovative “future-proof” solutions to government and commercial healthcare clients. Cathy’s strengths are ideation and creative approaches to the rapidly changing use of technology in the healthcare market, and helping clients develop new markets. She provides strategy consulting, is trained in corporate storytelling and messaging/differentiation, and serves as a professional mentor. The majority of Cathy’s career was spent leading the HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS) Federal Healthcare Sales team, but also worked at other companies such as Accenture over her career. Cathy is known as a great team builder, and her teams have consistently exceeded sales targets and led the industry in sales performance. Cathy received her degree from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA and lives near Charlottesville, VA.
Brad Knox is Senior Vice President and Counsel of Federal Relations for Aflac and has served there since 2006. He leads Aflac’s federal corporate diplomacy efforts in Washington, D.C. Prior to Aflac, Brad was chief counsel to the Committee on Small Business for the U.S. House of Representatives. Before that, he was the founder/president of DigiTech Systems Solutions Inc. in Montgomery, Ala. For 10 years, he served as Air Force Judge Advocate General and achieved the rank of Major. Brad is co-founder of the Washington Heads of Office and founding member of The Gloucester Institute. Brad serves as a Trustee of Meridian International Center, Ford’s Theatre Board of Governors, Congressional Awards Foundation, Small Business Council of America and Hoops for Youth Foundation. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.
John G. Veres III, is Education Consultant for energy management company Cenergistic and Lead Consultant for J. G. Veres & Associates. John brings over 40 years’ experience in human resources management. Veres retired in 2016 as Chancellor of Auburn University @ Montgomery. He has published extensively on human resources management topics and worked as an expert witness or consultant in some 90 employment discrimination lawsuits. His focus on the board centers on continuing and extending ICS’ forward looking approach to talent management in support of its rapid growth. Veres serves as Special Master for the Federal District Court in the Northern Division of Alabama, and on the boards of the Cloverdale Playhouse and Region 297 of the American Youth Soccer Association.
Neil F. Albert With over 40 years of experience Neil Albert has managed and led multiple government services organizations in the areas of strategic planning, program management, cost/schedule analysis, project performance measurement, acquisition management, and risk assessment. Currently President/CEO of NFA Consulting, LLC, Neil provides advice to government/industry service providers. He is an “Executive in Residence” at Renaissance Strategic Advisors, a leading consultancy in the aerospace, defense, space, intelligence, and government services industry, and was President/CEO of Management Consulting & Research, LLC. Neil was a member of the Department of Defense’s Defense Business Board from 2002 – 2018. He has served on the Executive Board of the Professional Services Council and is Chairman of its Defense and Intelligence Council. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the National Defense Industrial Association’s Integrated Program Management Division.
