Established in 1997, ICS provides a robust portfolio of technology and information security solutions that deliver a balance of cost and quality that maximizes our return on IT investments. We apply our Project Management Methodology (PMM) to all engagements, affording confidence that our work will be completed on time and on budget. For software engineering and sustainment programs, we apply our comprehensive library of CMMI processes and tools to deliver predictable, repeatable performance.

  • ICS is sought out as a partner by both large and small organizations because of our uncompromising integrity. We are known for our commitment – we do what we say, and we protect the interests of our employees, partners, and teammates.

  • We don’t lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those that do. Integrity is a character issue, and we’ve found that small issues with integrity quickly become big issues with integrity. How important is integrity at ICS? We ended a relationship with a business partner that was not fulfilling our joint commitments to our employees and our customer. We walked away from $11M in revenue because our partner had an integrity problem.

3. GET STUFF DONE (GSD)

Our employees take initiative – they don’t wait for someone to tell them what to do. We believe in working smart and hard – not just one or the other. GSD means our people keep an open mind because we recognize that my solution may not be the BEST solution and that we’re smarter together than we are alone. Our employees believe that GSD means we set SMART goals – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound to ensure we hold ourselves accountable to perform.

4. GRIT
  • Grit is the passion and perseverance to achieve long term goals. Grit means we always finish what we start, never quit and never accept defeat. Grit doesn’t mean we don’t fail – rather it means when we fail, we fail intelligently. We learn from that failure and become better and stronger for it. Our innovation and R&D programs deliver hundreds of failures annually, but each failure creates new knowledge that we build and learn from.
