He is a Certified Chief Innovation Officer and lifelong innovator with an extensive list of both commercial and government innovations, including a critical wartime innovation during the first Gulf War that earned a congressional letter of appreciation. Tom leads the ICS Labs Innovation R&D division, with a focus on creating innovations in support of National Security and the Warfighter. He is the author of “Implementing an Agile Innovation Management System.”
