He specializes in project management, strategic and tactical risk management, technology optimization and cost reduction, and risk-based decision support. Soon thereafter, Tyler began his career in finance. He began working on his Master of Business Administration at Auburn University Montgomery and accepted a position as a credit analyst with Regions Bank. In May of 2002, Tyler received his M.B.A. with an option in Finance. Tyler enjoyed a successful career at Regions Bank, working in the credit and commercial loan departments. While employed at Regions, he had the opportunity to handle many large and complex credit relationships under the tutelage of one of the institution’s most knowledgeable and successful senior lenders.
Tyler was also appointed to work on several critical tasks reporting directly to the bank’s senior management team. Upon completion of these responsibilities, he was promoted to a new position that allowed him the opportunity to develop and manage a loan portfolio of middle-market businesses. It is in this role that Tyler became familiar with Steve Goldsby and Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. He had the opportunity to watch ICS grow from a relatively small, unknown operation into the industry leader that it is today. Tyler worked closely with the ICS team, and when Steve approached him about the need for a financial manager, he was excited about the opportunity to be a part of ICS’s continued growth and success. Tyler joined the ICS management team in January 2004.
Brazil applied his functional, analytical and marketing skills in industries such as financial services and healthcare to drive corporate action plans for the creation and implementation of high-value actionable visibility analytics oriented toward key business operations. Prior to his tenure at Axway, Thomas served at Systar as a Fellow & Corporate Expert and led the company’s Innovation team for business activity monitoring.
In addition to advising ownership on operational risk management and potential market opportunities, Thomas served in a variety of management roles across research & development, products & solutions, and professional services. Brazil has consulted at 10 of the top 15 financial institutions in the world, as well as with many Fortune-100 firms in industries related to logistics, telecommunications, and financial markets.
Thomas is a lifelong innovator and globally recognized innovation management expert, appointed by ANSI to represent the United States on ISO Technical Committee 279, charged with creating the ISO 56000 series of Innovation Management standards. A sought-after innovation consultant, Thomas is a Certified Innovation Manager, a Certified Chief Innovation Officer, and a frequent speaker at DoD and industry Technology and Innovation conferences. Dany Strakos the Vice President for Air & Space Programs at ICS where he is responsible for delivering the IT/Cyber capabilities the Department of the Air Force’s (DAF) warfighters need. He drives ICS’s strategic business prioritization and executes our growth strategies. He is directly responsible for business development, capture and marketing activities targeting DAF opportunities.
He establishes partnerships and maintains networks to overcome any gaps in ICS’s capabilities. Dany maintains awareness of technology trends/needs and policy decisions that affect DAF IT/Cyber requirements.
Mr. Strakos earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from the University of Alabama, a Master of Business Administration with a focus in information systems from Auburn University Montgomery, and a Master of Military Art and Science from Air Command and Staff College. He also completed Air War College and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is married to the former Charlotte Barfoot of Pike Road, Alabama. They have two sons, Robby and Ranger.
David “Boz” Bosko is the Executive Director of Air, Space, and Cyber at ICS where he is responsible for delivering the IT and Cyber capabilities to the Department of the Air Force’s (DAF) warfighters need.

His last Air Force job was commandant of the Air Force Cyber College. He is married to the former Jen McSheffrey of Annapolis, Maryland. They have 1 daughter, Evy, studying at the University of North Alabama.
Thomas “Toby” Fincher is the Director of Operations at ICS. He has extensive experience leading teams and programs in the federal and state business sectors.
Toby works to define our critical services, make improvements through applied performance management, and ensure our team members have the tools they need to succeed.
Christina Long is the ICS Human Resources Director. She is an accomplished human resource professional with extensive experience in HR employee relations, recruiting and development, compliance, and successful change management initiatives.
Chris works to continuously evolve HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, negotiate competitive benefits package and enrollment, compliance, online applicant tracking, coaching, and counseling, administrative functions. She develops and updates policies and procedures, engagement, onboarding for employees in 15 states and overseas. Responsible for all aspects of HR to include but not limited to EEO, ADA, ADEA, FLASA, COBRA, FMLA.
Chris has served as VP of Human Resources and HR Director and Business partner with senior leadership implementing HR initiatives, fostering a positive environment, human relations, compliance, staffing requirements, talent and development, compensation, coaching and counseling, administrative functions, engagement, payroll and onboarding for several large international firms to include Lowes Companies’, INC., ResortQuest International, and Edwin Watts Golf. Chris has a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. Chris is certified by the HR Institute as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), and Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
Dr. John Veres is a consultant with over 40 years of experience providing advisory services to management, focusing on organizational assessment, human resources systems, and employment litigation support. As CEO of J.G. Veres & Associates since 1984, he has consulted for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
Previously, Dr. Veres served as Chancellor of Auburn University at Montgomery from 2006-2016, overseeing all university operations. He has also held leadership roles at AUM as Executive Director of University Outreach, Director of the Center for Business and Economic Development, and Professor of Information Systems and Decision Sciences.
Dr. Veres’ research interests include job analysis methods, employee selection procedures, test validation, and organizational change. He has published extensively in academic journals and authored several books on human resource management topics. Dr. Veres has also served as an expert witness in over 75 employment discrimination cases.
Active in the community, Dr. Veres has served on the boards of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, United Way, YMCA, and many other civic organizations. In 2014, he was named Montgomery’s Citizen of the Year by the Police Department.
Dr. Veres holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Auburn University and MS in Psychology from Auburn University at Montgomery. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Gino Antonelli is the Founder, President and CEO of COBATEK LLC, a consulting firm providing advisory services to businesses in the government IT contracting industry. With over 36 years of experience, Gino is a proven entrepreneur, leader, and successful business builder focused on customers, employees, equality, partners, ethics, and growth.
Prior to founding COBATEK, Gino was Co-Founder, President, and COO of Spear Inc., an IT firm providing data analytics, cybersecurity, and engineering services to public sector clients. During his tenure, Spear grew from zero to multi-million dollar revenues before being acquired in 2018.
Previously, Gino served as Executive Vice President at Intelligent Decisions, where he significantly helped to grow the company’s revenue over an 8-year period. He also held leadership roles as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Telos Corporation.
Throughout his career, Gino has built highly successful business development and sales organizations by assembling talented teams, establishing a culture of teamwork, and partnering with leading technology companies. Lee Cooper is the President of Cooper Growth Strategies LLC, a consulting firm he founded in 2011 to provide growth-related consulting, Board of Advisors, and business turnaround services to corporate executives in the defense, homeland security, civil agency, state & local, and international markets. With extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and transformation management, Lee helps clients accelerate profitable growth and navigate business challenges.
Prior to founding his own firm, Lee had a distinguished career in the aerospace and defense industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Vice President of Business Development at Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC), where he was instrumental in transforming the business development organization and driving significant revenue growth. Under his leadership, RTSC achieved a win rate of over 70% and secured major contracts worth billions of dollars.
Before Raytheon, Lee held senior business development roles at L-3 Communications and Unisys U.S. Federal Government Group. At L-3, his team achieved new business bookings exceeding $10B with win rates over 70%. At Unisys, he led a sales and business development team that captured over $14B in new business.
Earlier in his career, Lee served as Vice President and General Manager at Technology Applications, Inc., where he had P&L responsibility for the company’s Applied Sciences Division. He successfully grew revenue by 50% and profitability by 20% within two years.
Lee started his career with a distinguished 20-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force, where he made significant contributions to aerospace and C4I missions. Kenneth B. Heitkamp is an accomplished executive with over 42 years of experience in information technology, software development, cybersecurity, and Federal government program and acquisition management. As the President of Heitkamp Consulting, LLC, he provides strategic guidance to corporate and government executives on effectively acquiring and using IT to improve enterprise performance.
Ken has served on the boards of several companies and organizations, driving growth and success. During his tenure with the U.S. Air Force, he held leadership roles, including CIO Associate Director, where he established a strategic sourcing and IT infrastructure management program that included significant improvements in cybersecurity and savings of over $260M.
His expertise spans managing major acquisition programs, directing a software factory, overseeing enterprise-wide systems, and improving cybersecurity in large Government organizations. Ken has received numerous awards from industry, government, academic, and non-profit organizations for his contributions.
Ken holds Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s degree from Troy State University. He is active in his community and participates in various professional associations.

David Ehrlich is a corporate attorney at Holland & Knight’s New York office, focusing on advising financial sponsors and corporate clients on complex transactional matters. With experience across various sectors, including defense technology, aerospace, cybersecurity, and industrials, David provides guidance on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic partnerships, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.
Having served as chief counsel and investment committee member for a private investment firm, David brings a unique perspective to his legal advice. His first-hand experience in principal investment allows him to provide clients with support and guidance informed by a deep understanding of their goals and objectives throughout the investment management life cycle.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, David worked as a corporate attorney at a global law firm in New York. He also served more than seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves as a logistics officer, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and leadership. David remains actively involved in veteran-focused initiatives.
David earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.A. from Furman University. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia and New York. David serves on the board of the ARCHway Institute and co-founded The Ben Lucas Foundation, where he continues to serve as a board member.
