  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Immediate eligibility for Roth or Traditional 401K, with company match of 50% of your contributions up to 8%, with a progressive 5-year vesting schedule.

ICS is sought out as a partner by both large and small organizations because of our uncompromising integrity. We are known for our commitment – we do what we say, and we protect the interests of our employees, partners, and teammates.

We don’t lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those that do. Integrity is a character issue, and we’ve found that small issues with integrity quickly become big issues with integrity. How important is integrity at ICS? We ended a relationship with a business partner that was not fulfilling our joint commitments to our employees and our customer. We walked away from $11M in revenue because our partner had an integrity problem.
