Feasts to Food Drives: ICS’s Merry Making

The holiday season is about joy, reflection, and togetherness. Here at ICS, we embraced that spirit and wanted to share how our team celebrated.

This year, our Christmas dinners brought everyone together to enjoy good food, twinkling lights, and most importantly, each other’s company. We had dinners at Headquarters, the Pentagon, and SITE-R. It was a chance for people across the company to take a break, swap stories, and recognize everyone’s hard work this past year. There were lots of laughs that truly captured the holiday spirit and reminded us of what a fantastic team we have here.

In addition to our festive dinners, we held a food drive for the Christ House Food Pantry. The drive was a huge success, collecting an impressive 1,322 pounds of food – even more than last year! The “Trouble Tickets” team delivered outstanding effort and managed to collect 634 pounds. ICS further supported the effort by pledging to donate $10 for every pound collected by the winning team, up to $5,000. This culminated in the “Trouble Tickets” team contributing both the 634 pounds of food AND a $5,000 check to the food pantry – a substantial contribution to our community.

These gatherings and drives were about showing gratitude towards all ICS employees. Your drive, commitment, and integrity make us who we are. It was great seeing folks relax and celebrate in classic ICS style.

As we enter the New Year, we’re excited about what’s ahead. Let’s keep upholding our values, working with purpose, and achieving new heights together.

We owe our success to your dedication and effort. Cheers to the ICS team – here’s to continued growth in the year to come!
