Montgomery, AL – October 30, 2024 – Employees at Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) have already raised $20,000 in support of hurricane relief initiatives following the severe impact of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Inspired by ICS’s core value of selfless service, employees have directed $10,000 each to two dedicated organizations: Samaritan’s Purse and The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina (CFWNC). Both charities are actively engaged in providing urgent relief and long-term recovery support to communities devastated by the recent hurricanes, helping rebuild stronger and more resilient communities.
Steve Goldsby, CEO of ICS, shared, “Our commitment to giving back runs deep at ICS. Our employees consistently rise to challenges, channeling their energy into making a difference. Supporting these communities through fundraising efforts is one way we embody that spirit of purpose and resilience, knowing even small acts can have a lasting impact.”
The fundraiser will continue through November 15, allowing additional donations to further assist affected areas. Alongside these contributions, ICS employees recently volunteered to clean up trash and debris at Lake Martin and are preparing for the company’s annual holiday food drive to support local families during the season.
